Our organization oversees a range of assisted living, adult daycare, skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia and North Carolina. Our extensive clinical capabilities include but aren’t limited to advanced ventilator care, cardiac care, peritoneal dialysis, physical and occupational therapy and memory care.

Embassy Healthcare was founded in 1998 in Fairfield, Ohio. Since then, we’ve built our agency upon the principle that patient-centered care must come first. Each relationship with a patient and their loved ones helps us become better healthcare providers.
