We believe that excellence and compassion are the foundation of quality patient care. Those standards outline how we approach relationships with co-workers, patients and families in a considerate and respectful manner.
We reinforce those standards by implementing them in our daily operations and service. That approach helps our team reinforce positive behaviors and encourages them to find new ways to put those values into practice.
Nominate a Staff Member
Embassy Healthcare is committed to recognizing those who go above and beyond the expected and take an extra step in exemplifying core values. We encourage families and coworkers to nominate staff. Our administration team reviews and shares the nomination with facility leadership within a few days of submission. We announce winners internally and on social media.
You may nominate someone based on any of the following core values:
Teamwork
We cherish teamwork because it supports a positive work and living environment. We always make a concerted effort to assist coworkers, patients and families whenever possible.
Examples of nomination-worthy behavior include:
- Facilitating care coordination efforts
- Promoting a positive work environment

Knowledge
We value education, training and personal and professional development because it supports our commitment to exceptional care. Continuous learning allows our team to stay ahead of the curve and provide innovative ways to assist patients and residents.
A staff member may exhibit knowledge by:
- Pursuing advanced certifications and training
- Offering to train and educate peers
- Identifying and addressing knowledge gaps
- Participating in professional networking
Respect
Respect helps build trust. We strive to display respect in every aspect of the care and support we provide to residents and their families. It’s also essential to the success of our clinical and care teams. We value respect for differing cultures, viewpoints and beliefs.
A coworker may exemplify respect by:
