Skilled Nursing Care

Skilled Nursing Care is frequently required after an acute care hospitalization and/or surgical procedure. You will receive excellent skilled nursing care provided by a dynamic team including licensed nurses, state tested nursing assistants, registered dietitian with regular physician rounding.
