The Hermitage Community
Hermitage has a proud history of resident service. What started as a 17-bed facility on Logan Avenue was moved and upgraded to its current location in 1963. Hermitage accommodates 105 residents with private and semi-private rooms. The beautiful grounds offer a sanctuary that includes a pond and an enclosed courtyard with flower beds and planters for residents to enjoy.
We are located a few blocks from downtown Hermitage and are also close to The Avenue of 444 Flags. Our residents have the opportunity to stay active in the community and attend veteran’s memorials and services.
Hermitage employs a professional nursing staff who provides round-the-clock personalized care. Our interdisciplinary teams boast a full range of support and treatment that are designed to assist each resident in reaching their optimal potential.
Hermitage also provides for neurological and memory loss conditions with our secure, 16-bed Memory Care Center. Your loved one will receive the care they need in a safe environment so you can put your mind at ease. We also provide for acute and chronic medical conditions and musculoskeletal disorders in our care program line-up. Respite care is available hourly, daily or weekly.
Whether they’re here for a short time or an extended stay, all the residents at Hermitage will receive extensive, personalized care to optimize their daily functionality. Your loved one can benefit from our physical, occupational and speech therapies as well as:
