We are pleased to offer physical, speech, and occupational therapy. Our staff of professionals will help engage you or your loved one, allowing you to recapture health and energy in a warm and inviting environment.
All services and treatments are prescribed by a physician and implemented by trained staff and licensed professionals.
Physical Therapy – Helps increase strength, balance and mobility while reducing pain and discomfort. A quality physical therapy program can help people return to regular activity, and is necessary before introducing exercise programs after an injury.
Occupational Therapy – Helps people perform everyday activities such as feeding and dressing. We teach transferring and positioning techniques, as well as necessary home skills like laundry and cooking.
Speech Therapy – Provided by a licensed, certified speech-language pathologist, speech services are designed to improve communication and clarity of speech.
At Embassy Healthcare, we understand having a Pulmonary unit with a dedicated staff can drastically reduces rehospitalization rates, allows for a faster recovery, and fosters a better quality of life for our patients and residents. Our Pulmonary Care Program strives to help our short-term and long-term residents re-establish their highest functioning pulmonary status. Short term and long term residents with diagnosis of COPD, Pneumonia, Asthma, or Respiratory Failure re-establish their highest functioning pulmonary status.
Our facility pulmonologist leads our dedicated respiratory team. Additional pulmonary rehab staff includes a licensed respiratory therapist, who custom designs a complete respiratory plan just for you. Our care team uses daily assessments and treatments to continuously monitor for early signs of potential issues. Every resident additionally gets a custom designed supplemental exercise program.

Memory Rehabilitation Services
Embassy Healthcare is pleased to present 3R Rehab as our rehabilitation and therapy provider. Using 3R Rehab, our residents in the Memory Care program are able to complete full rehab services in physical, occupational, and speech therapies.
We offer multiple specialty programs to help our residents deal with complex primary and secondary issues. Each programs implements best practices based on extensive research. Our dedicated multidisciplinary team develops an individual treatment plan for each patient. Predetermined treatment goals help our dedicated team assess and report on progress, helping on the pathway to better recovery.

Do you offer short term care?
Yes. Short term care is best for those recovering from a hospital stay or in need of help to make the transition back home, or to take care of someone when a family caregiver is not available (for instance, while on vacation). If there are limited recovery choices, or if extra time is necessary to move back home, our professionally trained care team can help.
