Embassy of Valley View is a 50-bed specialized facility that meets the unique needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s and related disorders. Our professional staff has specific training to conduct specialized programs designed to meet each resident’s needs in a supportive environment.
We have created an understanding and supportive environment to enrich and maximize the quality of life for our residents. We are dedicated to ensuring that our residents benefit from the most current nursing techniques, friendly surroundings and comfortable amenities.
We strive to meet each individual’s needs with sensitivity, dignity and respect while encourage them to reach their personal best each day. A care plan conference between staff, the resident and family allows us to create an individually designed care plan specifically tailored to the resident’s needs.

Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing
Our programs and services include:

We specialize in all forms of dementia and individualized care for residents with memory conditions. We provide transitional and full-time memory care.
Our staff is onsite 24 hours a day to assist and support or residents. We provide encouragement and reminders for daily activities and engagement.
ALLY Lifestyle Memory Care Program
At Embassy of Valley View, we provide trust, friendship and fun in a safe, home-like atmosphere for your loved one with functional and cognitive capabilities. Our staff is proud to introduce our ALLY Lifestyle Memory Care Program.
“Allies” would include family members, physicians, nurses, state-tested nursing assistants, social workers, and therapists including occupational, physical, speech/language and recreational. With the help of these allies, we create a customized profile that details the unique preferences of each resident and their family.
