Post-operative or not, wounds can be difficult to treat at home appropriately. Patients can come to one of Embassy Healthcare’s facilities for wound care after leaving the hospital to ensure proper treatment and avoid infection.

Our facility may have a wound management team that conducts rounds, assesses wounds, and gives directions and orders for providing care. Our nurses dispense medication as needed, and our staff is available 24/7 to make sure patients are as comfortable as possible during their recovery.

If you or your loved one needs to see a specialist related to their wound care, we will assist with providing transportation as appropriate.
