Clepper Manor is a restored 20th-century mansion located just outside downtown Sharon, PA. Our warm, home-like atmosphere boasts beautiful grounds, a secluded courtyard and gazebo, gardens, and a waterfall. We are also located within five miles of the area’s two largest hospitals.
The manor is a Continuing Care Retirement Community with 54 skilled nursing beds in private and semi-private rooms. Our partnership with The Lakes at Jefferson provides Personal Care Services and Independent Living. Their support and our staff provide the best opportunity for residents to return to the life and mobility they once enjoyed.

Our activities department offers an array of enjoyable events, from bowling to crafts. We have something for everyone to enjoy during their stay. Participate in one-on-one room visits, coffee clubs, games, movies, and local outings. Clepper Manor also provides pet therapy visits for our animal-lovers.
Our impressive team continues to support our residents to meet their goals in mobility, strength training, and more. We accept most insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay. Assistance with applying for Medicaid is available.
